1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kou9 platform ("Platform", "Website", "we", "us") and all its registered users ("User", "you", "your"). By creating an account on kou9, logging in, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an inseparable part of these Terms.

The term "Platform" as used in these Terms refers to the kou9 website, all subdomains, mobile versions, and any applications released in the future. kou9 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently shut down any part of the platform at any time, without prior notice.

2 Account Registration

An active personal account is required to use services on kou9. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided during registration must be genuine and verifiable.
• An email address may only be linked to one account.
• A phone number may only be used for one account.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kou9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions, we may request the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number)

If a user refuses to provide documents or supplies false information, kou9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.

3 Age and Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. If anyone under the age of 21 accesses the platform and this comes to our attention, their account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

You must also confirm that:

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or ban from any gaming site.
• There is no legal restriction in your jurisdiction against using this type of platform.
• You are playing for yourself and with your own money — not on behalf of any third party.

4 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. kou9 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone.

4.1 Account Security Rules

• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

kou9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account by a third party, unless it is clearly due to our negligence.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted at kou9:

• bKash — direct mobile banking transfer
• Nagad — direct mobile banking transfer
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to change the payment method, KYC verification may be required.

kou9 may request identity or source-of-funds verification before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held if the requested documents are not provided.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at kou9 can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal entertainment — using any professional betting strategy or system may result in bonus cancellation.
• kou9 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion without prior notice.
• If kou9 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, their bonus or account may be cancelled.

7 Fair Use Policy

kou9 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair betting environment. By using the platform, you agree to the following fair use policy:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical flaw or bug in the platform is prohibited.
• Harassing, deceiving, or intimidating other users is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a fair use policy violation, kou9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the user's account and void any associated winnings.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kou9 platform:

8.1 Financial Prohibitions

• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds or identity.
• Fraud through fake payments or chargeback claims.

8.2 Account Prohibitions

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading identity information.
• Unauthorized access to another person's account.

8.3 Gameplay Prohibitions

• Using any algorithm, software tool, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Group bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Deliberately losing bets to give another person an unfair advantage.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kou9 will not be liable for the following:

• Game failures or lost bets caused by internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking, phishing, or cyberattacks — where these occur due to user negligence.
• Losses caused by faults in any third-party service outside the platform.
• Incorrectly displayed odds or prizes due to technical errors — the correct values will be restored.

kou9 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by kou9

kou9 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• Upon receiving instructions from a court or government authority.
• If a user displays problematic gaming behavior (under the responsible gaming policy).

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request to voluntarily close their account. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Any applicable balance will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

kou9 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern data protection technology.
